X&M Announces a new Partnership with OREAS

X&M Announces a new Partnership with OREAS

X&M Group is proud to announce a new strategic partnership that will involve stocking and distribution of the finest and most homogeneous QA/QC rock samples available on the market for exploration and mining from OREAS® in West Africa.

The new project Standards CRM Africa will be entirely facilitated by the X&M Group of companies including X&M Suppliers Ltd and Procurpro in direct collaboration with OREAS® Australia

Through this project, Standards CRM Africa officially becomes the first official distributor of OREAS® Certified Reference Materials in West Africa.

Certified Reference Materials are crucial in the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes of all mining and exploration companies. Apart from being a regulatory requirement, they enable companies to improve their confidence in ore reserves, drill target selection, equipment calibration, and overall performance.

Although no analytical method is entirely error-free, there is an acceptable margin of error, and this is where the use of high-quality CRMs is necessary. The OREAS® range of certified reference materials is sourced from natural ores and subjected to rigorous laboratory testing, ensuring the highest level of accuracy possible.

About OREAS®

OREAS CRMs are manufactured by Ore Research & Exploration Pty Ltd (ORE) which is the largest dedicated mineral CRM production facility in the world and has the largest mineral CRM library.

Abidjan Mining Drinks by X&M Group

Abidjan Mining Drinks by X&M Group

Every first Friday of the month from October to June at X&M office in II Plateaux, Abidjan Mining Drinks welcome professionals in exploration, mining and mining services in Côte d’Ivoire for an informal gathering around drinks and food.

It’s a unique opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues across the industry. Each gathering is sponsored by a different company.

Abidjan Mining Drinks is coordinated, on a no-profits basis, by X&M Group. Sponsors contract directly with the venue and/or suppliers, and event sponsorship is confirmed by making the relevant booking payment with Exploration and Mining Suppliers (X&M). A number of sponsorship options have been agreed with the venue and suppliers, for approximately 80 attendees: each price corresponds to drinks and nibbles menus and includes service.

Sponsors are also advertised on the Events page, with a logo, link to their company website and contact person on the official Abidjan Mining Drinks website. Sponsors may take the opportunity of the gathering to highlight their expertise or services.
